On-boarding & Continued Agent Support
Whether you are interviewing as a new agent or you are an experienced agent, we provide you with ongoing coaching and support starting day one with our on-boarding. Our initial orientation covers tools you will need right away! From business cards, signage (standard and personalized), online presence (both local and National), email, beautiful listing presentations and other tools, we make your success our number one goal during our on-boarding process. We listen to your immediate needs and take care of those items first.
Once your on-boarding process is completed, we provide continued coaching and agent support. Each week there are three different group learning opportunities. In addition to those opportunities, I provide one-on-one coaching to help you manage your real estate business. We also have ongoing classes through Coldwell Banker University, this includes various real estate topics and classes at any of our 23 offices.
