I have enjoyed working with homeowners since I was 18:
First by starting and operating a lawn and landscape company that serviced 300+ homes weekly in the Twin Cities, to at the age of 25 obtaining my real estate license in 1996. Eventually I went on to earn my broker's license in 2002 as assistant Broker at a Re/Max Real Estate Group. In 2004 I opened and operated my own brokerage, U.S. Home Source Realty for 10 years. In 2014 I was recruited back to Coldwell Banker Realty and currently serve as the Branch Vice President at Coldwell Banker Realty, Minnetonka office with 100+ agents.
Field and Industry Experience:
As a managing broker on over $5 billion in real estate transactions. I have worked on very complex and strategic solutions with my agents and their clients. I have had the honor of supporting some of the best agents and teams in the industry! I enjoy direct communication with my agents and clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. In addition I personally represented hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities and Lake Shore up north for my own clients, friends and family.
I manage, coach, and support real estate agents whether they are just starting out in the business or are seasoned pros.
